Obama is laying the groundwork for a huge federal “law enforcement” intervention program that was triggered by his fabricated Ferguson “situation.” Just as with the closing of National Parks unnecessarily during last year’s government shutdown showdown, Obama knows the value of making something hurt more than it needs to in the name of getting the public’s attention and forcing cooperation.

Now he’s taking that theory to a higher, more repulsive level as a pretext to insert his lengthy socialist nose into the law enforcement affairs of every agency and jurisdiction across the nation.

Missouri Lt. Governor Peter Kinder has questioned just where Governor Nixon was on Monday evening, when the Ferguson Grand Jury decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson was made public. Everybody on the planet knew that the stage had been set for violent demonstrations, yet neither Nixon, his chief of staff nor the director of public safety were available as the expected rioting erupted.

It could just be that the Governor is an inept, irresponsible idiot and the most incapable politician on the planet. He obviously knew that his response to the rioting would closely scrutinized by media outlets across the country. There is another, more plausible explanation, one that has been raised by the Lt. Governor and reinforced by his extensive communications with White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett.

That explanation is that Governor Nixon was working in conjunction with the White House to deliberately create a more drastic situation by under-deploying the National Guard.  The chaos would then be broadcast across the nation and around the globe. That media spectacle would serve as a pretext for his next-day announcement of his plans to conduct federal civil rights assessments and subsequently impose federal restrictions upon every law enforcement agency in the country.

While the Governor has vehemently denied any such conspiratorial misconduct, his interactions with Valerie Jarrett now call those refutations into even greater question.

Breitbart.com has reported that Governor Nixon remained in close contact with Jarrett throughout the period of greatest tensions, with the White House confirming they spoke on Monday, the first night of protests and the following morning.

According to Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz Jarrett received “updates” from Nixon, who promised “to stay in close touch” as the events unfolded. He said, “Valerie spoke to Governor Nixon both last night and this morning, and has been briefing the President on an ongoing basis since last night. And in each of those conversations with Governor Nixon, Valerie has pledged to stay in close coordination with the Governor in making sure that he’s getting the support he needs from the federal government.”

It’s too bad that the Mayor of Ferguson, James Knowles, didn’t have Jarrett’s cell phone number. He might have been able to get word to the invisible governor of the severity and desperate nature of his need for the National Guard. Then again, Nixon was obviously aware of what was going on, he was briefing Jarrett. He just chose not to respond and his inaction provided the White House with their show.

Obama had a theatrical part to play that night, in the first installment of his “humanitarian civil rights” reform of law enforcement. His “call for peace” was timed to be broadcast as the riots were already underway. Now he’s on the record as being against at least some forms of lawbreaking and vowing to take corrective action. Never mind he and Eric Holder are largely responsible for crafting the fertile environment for the rioting to take place.

Now that they have the video of burned buildings, torched cars and thuggish confrontations as well as the associated looting and other acts of lawlessness, Obama and company can move on to providing a solution for the problem they created, a reform of our justice system.

The socialists in the White House must help the poor rudderless victims of the evil white criminals in uniform. Just as the answer to illegal immigration is to make everyone legal, the solution to black crime is to stop treating them as if they are criminals. They are now proactive victims, responding to a system that treats criminals so unfairly, they have no alternative but to engage in more criminal activity.

Shultz added, “As you know, we’ve been working closely with them [agitators] for the past few months leading up to this point to make sure that responses to this moment would be appropriate and constructive.”

As is the case with most things Obama, they either they failed in a legitimate endeavor, or the White House has a much different view of what is appropriate and a different set of goals.
