After a Texas children’s hospital hired Muslim phlebotomist Mohammad Ali, they were horrified to discover what he had done to at least 6 minor patients.
When a Texas children’s hospital was interviewing for a technician position, they purposefully overlooked one applicant’s religion in order to remain politically correct and indiscriminate.
However, as soon as they discovered what he’d been doing to helpless patients, they immediately regretted hiring the Muslim man.
The guy was later charged with a plethora of sick crimes.
The worst part about it? The hospital put him on leave instead of firing him! His name sounds familiar, but don’t worry, it’s not the boxer.
After just a few months of working as a lab technician at the Children’s Medical Center of Plano in 2015, it was discovered that Mohammad Ali had molested around six patients, all children, while giving them medical assistance. (via Dallas News)
After he began his work in the lab, during March of 2015, the 46-year-old admitted to touching girls who were between the ages of 12 to 15– between August and December of that same year.
The girls courageously stood up to his behavior and told their parents and police about the man’s crimes.
Ali plead guilty to the second-degree felony in order to make his prison sentence only 19 years, which is one year shorter than the maximum sentence.
Should we get rid of the politically correct diversity nonsense in the workforce? I think so. I don’t care what color or religion or sex anyone is. If they can do the job well, then they get the job. If that means I end up with a staff of mostly men, mostly women, or mostly atheists, then I don’t care.
I’m not counting how many of this, or how many of that, I’m hiring the people who sound like the best employees.
Companies shouldn’t be worried about political backlash about hiring a specific amount of certain people. As long as the job gets done, that’s all that matters.
