Protesters Clueless As They Launch New Demonstrations

On Thursday and Friday nights, hundreds of protesters, many of whom were also Illegal aliens flooded the streets of both  New York City  and  Los Angeles  in protest to the news that there had been a surge in the arrests of Illegals in at least six different states. The sudden upswing in raids by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) this week, were an extension of the new Presidents policy of Keeping America Safe Again. The raids themselves were nothing new, it is just that the number of them is obviously on the upswing after years of decline under the Obama administration.

The current large numbers of arrests are just a result of the escalation of routine raids which have always targeted illegal immigrants, especially those with criminal records. Officials say the raids are aimed at illegals that have committed recent crimes. “Examples would include known street gang members, child sex offenders, and deportable foreign nationals with significant drug trafficking convictions,” said an agency representative.

However, the protesters don’t see it that way, they contend that it is inaccurate to describe the raids as “enforcement of existing immigration rules” and say the raids are designed to target families and deport certain members that have been in the country illegally for years. What they fail to mention is that many of those “family members” not only came here illegally in the first place, they also broke additional laws by committing identity theft and either purchased or manufactured fake Identity papers after they arrived.

Protesters say the current round of raids has broken up families and affected many people with no criminal history. “Oftentimes folks’ liberties and their rights are violated during ICE raids,” said Los Angeles protester Jessica Valenzuela, “where they’re picked up without having adequate access to counsel, and that’s one of the biggest concerns.” In addition, the allegation that their rights are violated is ludicrous, since they are not citizens, and entered the country illegally, they have no rights except the right to remain silent and to have an attorney present during questioning.”

Evidently, Ms. Valenzuela like most others on the left fail to realize that by crossing the border without proper permission of the government, they have in fact already committed a felony and are in fact criminals. Then they compound their crimes by purchasing phony identification and commit identity theft. In fact a large majority of them commit another crime every time they ask for and receive government assistance in the form of food stamps, welfare, housing assistance or any other government service designed for legal guests or citizens of the country.

Make no mistake, these people, no matter how “nice” they are, have committed numerous crimes against the country and the citizens of the United States. They are criminals regardless of what the liberal left thinks. Don’t get me wrong, I happen to have great respect for the Hispanic people, but never in history has a corrupt, oppressive government, been changed by the people living under it fleeing their country. It has only been changed when the good and honest people have finally taken enough and band together to demand change, by force if necessary.
