Johnny Walker, Chris Kyles Iraqi Interpreter Has A Message For Protesters Of “Muslim Ban”
Controversy is nothing new for the Trump administration. The new President has in his first week in office found a way to incite fires around every corner. Perhaps none burning brighter than his proposed “Muslim Ban”. But, who would have thought one of the largest supporters of the “ban” would be an Iraqi codenamed Johnny Walker, who just happened to be the interpreter for none other than the ‘American Sniper’ Chris Kyle.
The so called “ban” bars entry to America to visa holders in countries like Libya, Iran, and Iraq. Many are calling the action an all out “Ban on Muslims”.
Johnny Walker supports the “ban”, even though it includes interpreters who help the military in Iraq. Interpreters like himself. The Iraqi who helped Chris Kyle during the war had a lot to say about the executive action from President Trump.
“I agree 100% with President Trump’s decision. The national security of the United States is a paramount issue.” Walker told the Independent Journal Review.
Walker says, “The Bottom Line Is This: Americans Need To Understand That This Is For National Security.”
Although very supportive of President Trump and his order Chris Kyle’s interpreter does take issue with the inclusion of interpreters like him in the “ban”. Stating that the men who help our military have earned admittance to the U.S. Interpreters take a lot of risk by helping the military. Walker’s own brother was murdered by Al-Qaeda for his assistance.
Perhaps one of the most interesting things Walker had to say was really a question for the people who call Trump racist. He asked, “What about the other rich Muslim countries? They banned Muslim immigration from the very beginning. Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar-are they racist, too?”
Interesting words from a man who not only aided Chris Kyle and the American military, but who lived with the terror of what Al-Qaeda and similar groups do to the people who oppose them.
